We totally get why that’d be the case, but we’re going to smash gender stereotypes on this blog and shout out to the fellas in the audience.

How a groom looks and feels is important, but apart from having a well-tailored suit and feeling fit, there’s not much else that goes into the look. Except for the hair. Gentlemen, it’s all about the hair.

Trendy vs. Timeless

There’s two different schools of thought when it comes to men’s wedding hairstyles: to trend or not to trend. There are pros and cons to each, but the main issue is how those photos will play out 10, 20, 30 plus years from now. It essentially boils down to if you want your kids to make fun of your because of your hair.

Maybe it’s best to stick with a timeless haircut or something that is borders trendy, but doesn’t go all the way. But, we’re just a few people, so if you’re into a rad, wild hairdo, then we say go for it! Just be prepared for some fun ribbing from your hipster kids.

Don’t Skimp on a Stylist

Pro tip: the day before your wedding, grab your buddies, hit the barber shop, and make a day out of it. It’ll be a fun way to decompress before the big day.
